Rekordbox DJ autoselects Audio-Interface while using

I've got a problem with rekordbox dj when connecting Audio Interfaces to Mac while using Rekordbox DJ.

For example when using Rekordbox DJ with my Novation Audio Hub 2x4 and then connecting CDJ-2000 for midi control, Rekordbox DJ switches the Audio Interface to the CDJ-2000 build in Soundcard. If i plug out and in the Novation Audio Hub 2x4, it stands with the CDJ-2000 build in Soundcard.

I tested a few more Audio Systems (CDJ-2000nexus, DJM-2000nexus, DDJ-SX, DDJ-RB) and found out that it always switches to the Pioneer HW available. The Priority is by DJM and then CDJs and DDJs and then all the Rest foreign HW.

I figured out how to fake it and make it non switching. I created a midi device that named: PIONEER DJM-2000 and added the Novation Audio Hub 2x4.
Then it WORKS!!! Rekordbox DJ stays to it and is not switching to any other Audio Interface anymore, but its limited to External Mixer Mode, but its a Workaround anyway.

My Request is, can you tell me how to stop Rekordbox from Autoswitching or add this to a feature request for a Autoswitching Button in the Options?

Thx, Sasha

Edit: some Information
Tested with Rekordbox DJ 4.5.0
macOS Sierra 10.12.6
MBP 15" mid 2012

The newer versions of rekordbox will typically ask - so I'm not sure if it's because you're using it with a non-Pioneer DJ audio interface that it's reverting to the Pioneer DJ product.

Hey Pulse, i tested it again, and its still the same as 2017.

It automatically changes the audio device even if you are playing a song and are "on air"

Edit:
Rekordbox 5.6.0
MacOS Mojave

Again, likely because the other device isn't a Pioneer DJ product.

Have you tried making a "multiple output device" or an aggregate? That might be a feasible work-around.

idk if I'm reading this wrong but actively using an audio device that isn't from pioneer while plugging in pioneer gear should not be a reason to automatically switch off from that audio device and is literally pretty hostile, people have their audio setups dialled in and might want to use their pioneer gear with whatever audio they have already - rekordbox should have an option to disable the 'auto audio device switching' as not only is it simply annoying but also triggers any time I replug my DDJ, or replug any audio device or restart one, so every single time I have to reselect my prexisting audio device away from the DDJ, it just shouldn't be like this, not without an option to set an audio device and forget it

can you imagine if music DAWs just switched up your audio device every time you plugged in new outboard gear or something? nothing works like that
