Lost license key Rekordbox

The DDJ-SR doesn't ship with a rekordbox license. Did you purchase one separately?

Hello Pioneer,

I have an XDJ-R1, used with rekordbox and after that I have purchased a rekordbox DJ.

Earlier this week I had a HDD broke down and had to reinstall rekordbox to my new HDD.
Unfortunatelly I have tried to launch rekordbox with the rekorbox DJ license key and of course it did not work so I filled out a request ticket (#45334).

After that I cam to the point that I have lost the original R1 disk and do not have the rekordbox license, only the rekordbox DJ license.

So please let me know what I should do. I only have the rekordbox DJ license.

I have found each n every license key, but

MY LICENSE KEY IS ONE LETTER LONGER THAN IT SHOULD BE.
I mean, the last letter of the license key cannot be entered into rekordbox

I have an XDJ-R1.

i have a sb2 i use rekordbox 2 times with it but it was a trial so i deleted it after but my qusetion is can it work with a ddj 1000srt?.....

No, the DDJ-1000SRT is not a compatible rekordbox controller.
