mp4 codec

I have rekordbox 5 installed on two different computers: macbook pro and macmini. Both computers have MacOS Sierra installed.
On macbook pro all videos work perfectly.
In macmini some videos do not work.
Some videos in MOV format and some in MP4 format.

The error message is: Upload Error. The file is not in a supported format.

How can I load the same file on one machine and not the other?

Can there be any video codec that should be installed on macmini to solve this problem?

I going to guess the on board Intel Graphics chip in the Mac Mini may not be powerful enough for for Rekordbox.

It's more likely that one of them is missing a codec.
