I can't deactivate my licence to activate a new one!
It says to connect to the internet and restart rekordbox but doesn't work :((((

Already sent an inquiry, you take too long to answer. I already solved it.
If you can't deactivate your account and it tells you ERROR 14 just go to
Finder, choose View > Show View Options (or press Alt ). > Library > Application Support >Pioneer > rekordbox > Move activations.xml to trash
Then restart rekordbox and you're good to go.

Took too long to answer? You barely gave our staff 3 hours to answer your ticket before you posted to the forums!
I'm glad you got it resolved, but as our agents are based around the globe, your ticket (based on your location) may have been assigned in a region where the agents had already gone home for the day.
