Hello everyone, i found a bug in my RX2.
When i’m Playing in export mode from my computer or usb, some of my tracks won’t load in the decks.
It says in RX2 screen “Now Loading” and I cant do anything to debug or load another track, the only solution is to turn off the system and turn it up again.
As I don’t want a situation like that in a live situation.
I didn’t find anything about that in internet or Pioneer Forums.
Do you think that this problem maybe came from the speed transmission of my MP3 files? Cause I have seen that the tracks who does that are tracks with 0kbps of speed transmission.
I will try today to change the speed and try those songs again to see what happens.
But if i’m In perfomance mode those tracks works perfectly.
The problem there is that I don’t have any of the pads working in perfomance mode.

@Joao > That sounds to me more like an issue of the firewall. You can first test by disabling the firewall completely - if it works properly, that confirms the firewall is blocking traffic. You can then follow this guide (if you are on Mac), or the section under "Can't get your players to link" here (if you're on a PC).
Thank for you’re advise but i found the problem.
It’s not the firewall or something like that.
It’s just the mp3 file who are set as 0kbps of transmission speed.
I just download a free software to change transmission speeed and put all of those tracks in 128kbps of speed and now it works perfectly.

If your file is reporting a 0kbps encoding, there's a problem with the file or the encoder used to create it.
I would also advise against down-sampling to 128k as that's a pretty low-quality audio. Always go for the highest possible (320k).
hello, I have the same problem. practically after about 30 minutes of running or deck 1 or deck 2 does not load any files. she tells me "now loading". the rx2 is new you can help me?
