DDJ RB does not work on my Rekordbox

Hello,

I had many problems with my DDJ RB on Rekordbox.

Everything is updated, drivers and firmwares; when I launch Rekordbox, my DDJ RB is recognized, but I can't control anything.

I tried everything, but it still does not work.

Please help. Thanks.

Mac or PC?

Sorry, but support is totally ignore same tickets (my last request #25619)

Maxime, your solution: unplug ddj-rb from usb, reboot your computer, reinstall driver of ddj-rb , plug-in ddj-rb

and you will do it every time before gigs, because Pioneer dj support ignore our bug reports

Last phrase of Roel was about "need brainstorm with other colleagues" and "we will contact you again" at Feb 25 (2017).

And I still waitng and reinstall driver every time before gig.

And I am already answer at last quetion of Roel at February 08 2017 21:05
