Please, my Rekordbox today show the mensage ddj-rb it's off, why??

I made installations in other pcs and everything ok, but in what use this message appears and do not light the leds of the play / pause and cue commands, does anyone know why this happens, grateful ...

I installed the rekordbox in an pc that used to work perfectly, but for a few days a message appeared in the footer of the program that(DDJ-RB is turned off), does not light the cue and play leds, it plays the music when I press play but no It sounds sound in the controller, knows the reason?, I have already formatted the machine but the problem persists, maybe the USB port, thanks for helping ..

Try using a different USB port, different USB cable, or even a different PC -- it could be your RB is not receiving adequate power from the computer and thus is not detected properly.
