How can i work if you are not able to fix a video issue?
I send this problem this summer, but it seem to be to hard to fix that!
I was thinking all was fix with the last update, and last night... the problem was there again. Are you able to be professional with your software for resolving problem like that... And don't tell me i'm the only one, my friends who use a DDJ-RZ have the same issue when it's time to put full screen video and software. This morning, I re edit my playlist on Serato DJ... I'm ready to sell my XDJ because you are not serious when it's time to fix problem. The hardware team Vs the Software team seem not to have the same efficacity.
i'm sorry to be hard but you need to be more serious with your customers.

The first thing i think of when i see that is that its a display setting..not rekordbox which i agree has issues but for this. not sure just some food for thought.
