I just moved from my DJM/CDJ-2000 set to the DDJ-RZX. I am excited but also recognized some issues:
First: Since there seem to be no shortcut for the Touch FX function (like the favorites for Transition FX) You need a third hand, to change the Touch FX effect without interrupting the animations manually used for the slideshows...
Secondly: Are there well known and tested common available Windows Laptop products, which will support a responsive use of all functions in realtime while using HQ Video? For example: my Surface Book has more resources than the minimun requirements but is absolutely unusable while my high end 3D rendering desktop works almost perfectly!
Thirdly: Even with my big desktop I am experiencing several bugs with my RZX: it happened more than once that I had to restart rekordbox DJ to reallow me to use fx or autobeat. One time even the wave of the track wasnt updated after loading a new track (only the same restart procedure helped me out) - during a club performance all these workarounds would be a desaster... all my components (RZX-Firmware, Drivers, Rekordbox-version) are up to date!
