Ddjsx freezing

Hi i have a ddjsx since they came out and its on the latest firmware . My problem is if anything is plugged out of the power points near i am plugged in the sx freezes and stops playing out and i have to reboot the sx to start it playing again. I have 2 surge protected extention leads between the sx and the wall but still happens when the band plug out their extention cord . It has happened in other venues too if a light or people charging phones plug out my sx drops

Does this occur if you connect the SX directly to the wall outlet?

I have no way of doing this as wall outlet too far away from me. I bought a surge protector extension lead from Amazon for 40 euro to help but no help.
All other equipment is fine just sx seams very sensitive for power fluxes

You have no ability to move it for the purpose of testing it?

No i mean i can't plug directly into the wall during the gig. I can work around it most gigs having nothing plugged in around me. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same issues

I'm not talking about during the gig, I mean to test it to see if it's that particular circuit or another issue.

So it's happened at two venues, but ever at home, or another location?

Well, without additional troubleshooting of the unit at different locations, it's hard to pin it down. It could simply be the power supply at those venues is questionable, and that is potentially the cause of the issue you're experiencing, rather than the unit or DC power supply itself.
