DDJ SX

My device worked properly for a while.

All of a sudden when i started serato to do some mixing it didn't work anymore. All the decks showed THRU.

I checked the switches in the front and they are all set to pc mode, updated the console, checked my audio setting but nothing helpen.

Can anyone help me?

Sorry, you'll need to contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have the SX inspected / serviced.

Try switching them over to another setting and back to PC and / or change the USB cable.

I already tried that.

Different computers, different cables, nothing worked.

Set the console back to factory settings, re-updated the firmware.

I don't know what to do.
