DDJ-RZX Deck One Wont Play - Can't repeat the issue.

I think it's silly that I can't continue this conversation on the same thread because its closed and answered.  I think others who read these forums would like to see the progression of these issues.  Hence, I posted this new topic.

Unfortunately, I was unable to repeat the issue which is extremely odd.  At the event I restarted the software first which did not fix the issue.  Then I restarted the computer with no change.  Then as a last resort, I restarted the computer and DDJ-RZX at the same time.  The issue stayed. 

Yesterday, at home, NO ISSUES after some 6 hours of playing music. Not one issue.  Not even LAG which I did have that same night.   Only difference is I was using the RCA MASTER outputs instead of the XLR Master outputs, and I was indoors now.  I'll be sure to update later if this happens again.  I don't see this issue coming back though.

DDJ-RZX Deck one suddenly no longer plays.  An error (red bar at bottom) pops up saying "Load lock" or something similar.  I can load a song on the empty DECK 1, but it will not play.  Restarting the controller, Rekordbox, and even the computer does not fix it.  The "load" button is a brighter blue than the rest if that provides a clue.  Also, Rekordbox recognizes the "play" button being pushed because that's when the error pops up on the screen.
