XDJ-RX BOUGHT 16/MARCH/2017 NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

i bought this XDJ-RX unit to day 16/march/2017 got it 17/march/2017 & it absolutely a pile of junk the tracks go out of time when matched by ear or the beat grid, the beat sync doesn't work tracks go out of time on there own & the beat grid of both tunes goes out for no reason when matched perfectly

ive noticed you tubers been saying about this since january, its now march/17th/2017 and it still happening updated my firmware & it still happens. it auto put the beginning of my track 64 beats in where the 1st cue point was & would not let me press the rewind button to skip back to the beginning of the tune.

beat grid also goes out on rekoredbox when using on my mac every now and then for no reason we pay top dollar for pioneer products so we want top dollar products.

there is a old saying you get what you pay for. it seems with the pioneer XDJ-RX & recordbox that you dont.

can you help me resolve my problems with you XDJ-RX and other products please or the XDJ-RX is being sent back as it is not fit for purpose.

ive updated the firmware to 2.20 as well

First - you say "the tracks go out of time when matched by ear." Does that mean you have beatmatched them by ear and that they don't stay in sync? Are you using master tempo at all?

You also say "the beat sync doesn't work tracks go out of time on there own & the beat grid of both tunes goes out for no reason when matched perfectly." Have the tracks been analysed in NORMAL or DYNAMIC analysis mode? Have you verified that the grids are accurate? Are you playing within rekordbox dj (performance mode - mixing within the software) or are you loading tracks off a USB drive or over the ethernet link? Are you using the SYNC function?
