I'm purchasing new headphones for my DDJ-RZ setup. I'm interested in the specs of the headphone output of the controller but can't find it anywhere. Could someone provide output impedance and power specs? I'd like to know if they can power a 250ohm headphone appropriately.

I use Beyerdynamic DT 880 PRO with 250OHMS on my DDJ-RZ.
They REALLY works like a charm!! Best headphones EVER, so clear sound and so nice over the ears in velour comforting!!

But they can handle 250ohm with no problems! I use them every day! =)
Exactly what I was looking for. I'm looking more at the DT1770 Pro. Do the 880's get loud enough with the RZ?
Yes I have the volume (headphones volume) at 9 o clock! But in a club I have not tested! =)
You get really loud, it will be NO problem!! I dont know about the DT1770 but I know 250ohm is piece of cake to the RZ!!
I have just listen to musik when I work through RZ, and I have mixed and I have used Maschine Software throught RZ. The power is strong, its massive!!
These headphones comfort and sound is blowing my mind, I can really recommend. But check the DT 880 PREMIUM, they are even more comforting I have heard(not tested myself). Its a studio-headphone so it is not closed, its semi-open so in the club it is not so good, but to sit and produce in studio or just play around mixing I think its supreme!!
