I have my DDJ RB connected to my PC running with rekordbox as below:
now with this setup, the live track plays no problem through the monitors. however, when i go to cue a track through the headphones.. the sound comes out of the monitors simultaneously with the live track? I used this same setup with Virtual DJ 8 and it worked fine.
Although on the audio settings in rekordbox, i only get the option to select channels 1&2 for the headphone out put? I need to select channels 3 and 4 for the headphones but rekord box does not give me this option. Anyone else have the same issue?
Here's why that won't work: rekordbox can only access one audio interface. You're outputting everything through the Focusrite and expecting the heapdphone preview to be heard through the DDJ-RB, but it's not handling that audio output, the Focusrite is... on outputs 1&2, the same as the master.

Thanks for the reply. How i can do it? I have rekordbox 5.0.2 mac osx. I don’t know how i can do it because rekordbox allow me to choose only one audio interface..
So the official answer doesn't give a solution - only explains the problem? Can you elaborate
