Music Being Analysed in .00

Hi, looking for some help with something and running out of ideas what it could be. Basically majority of my music downloaded is being analysed in .00 for example 125.72 when the correct BPM is 125. I have tried both Dynamic and Performance but makes little difference.

Also when manually changed to the correct BPM the speed of the track is still off and causes drifting. All my music is disco, house, techno so 95% dont have tempo changes throughout.
