Xdj-rx no sound through headphones!

I just unboxed my Xdj-rx. I have Pioneer monitors but haven't plugged them in. I';ve transfered a few tracks from rekorbox to my USB and have it loaded. New Beats headphones plugged in and both decks playing but no lights on or sound playing? Is there a solution? Do I need an adaptor for the headphone port?

Did you press CH1 or Ch2 button in the Cue section?

No adaptor needed, there are two different sized headphones sockets so any headphone will fit.
