rekordbox license invalid

Good afternoon, I have a pioneer DDJ-RR controller that I bought last year. I have the original license that came with rekordbox DJ software. I did not use it for 2 months and today I updated the version of the software to version 4.5, but when I put the license code, it says that it can not be activated because it has another computer using it. I'm sure it was not enabled on any other computer since this license was stored inside the original box of the controller. How to proceed now to register my software. I have urgency in it, because I need to install the controller. Thanks in

@Jordan > You can install the license on up to 2 computers. Had you ever installed it on another computer? Or did you possibly update the operating system in that time?

You can figure out which computers have licences installed by going here:

https://rekordbox.com/en/account/profile/

Login, then click on the Licenses tab on the left.

If you see the matching serial number with two computers you'll need to deactivate one of those installations first.

If you no longer have access to either of those computers, you'll need to contact our rekordbox support team to have the license deactivated for you.
