[Solved] "can not create the analysis file in the folder you specified in the preference"

Been using Rekordbox for years with zero issues. Recently I upgraded my Mac book pro to Yosemite 10.10.5. When I re-installed Rekordbox, I now get the error "Rekordbox can not create the analysis file in the folder you specified in the preference".  My XML file is in the folder the preferences states. I'm not able to sync my Itunes without getting this error.
