I know there are a couple posts about this, but older.
Is there a timetable or are there any plans for bring the Pro-Link compatibility to allow these products to work together. I really want to jump into the SP-16 but I also want to use it while spinning and obviously right now, they aren't compatible.
If that is not an option, are you able to hook a mixer like the DJM-900, with the XDJ-RX, then use the SP-16? It's a pricey option but I am just curious?
The XDJ-RX doesn't have the same "Pro Link" functionality as CDJ / XDJ players, so unfortunately it can't send grid data to other players or receive link data from other players. So that said, it won't work as you might want it to with an SP-16.
