rekordbox input

Hi All

I want to make sure of something, I have a usb stick loaded with thousands of tracks. mostly with cue points etc,

I have been out for 2/3 nights running and I have set some new cue points, loops on some new tracks that I hadn't done via laptop.

I want to input these into rekordbox so I don't lose them, when I go to sync and press cue grid info button, will this get rid of the cue points loops on all my other tracks that I haven't touched, or will they stay the same but the information will be updated on the ones ive adjusted, 

I know its seems a silly questions but I don't want to loose all the details.

Can you help me this asap

What you want to do is connect the USB drive back to rekordbox, then right-click on the drive and select "Update Collection" and that data and changes from the USB drive will update the tracks in rekordbox. If you made changes to the same track on both the USB drive and in rekordbox, the update will overwrite the changes with the information from the USB drive. Any track without changes won't be affected, and likewise, any track not on the USB drive won't be affected.
