Alrighty, so I already did the inquiry and all and still didnt get a reply so I will try here.
I have a self built computer with an AMD A10-6800 k 4.1 Ghz processor and I actually just updated my ram from 8 to 16 GB today. Every time I try to run the video software the program "freezes" up after 5 minutes of being open. The video is choppy up until this point. When it finally does "freeze" the screen displaying the video goes black and the decks and waves displayed on the screen go away leaving only the library up.
I would LOVE to have this figured out by the end of the month since i have an huge dj event coming up. I have even tried just simply turning off the video function so i can just dj normally but even then... THE SYSTEM FREEZES AND GOES BLANK.
After spending a bunch of money on the programs and computer upgrades, and now missing out on money since i cant make it through a gig without the program acting up I'm sure you can understand my frustration. Please do not tell me to make a personal email or whatever because like i stated earlier I already have and received no reply despite it being almost a month ago. I would love to continue to use the program but there comes a point where I can only take so much and lose so much money.

And can you please tell me where you submitted an inquiry ticket? I don't see anything logged in the system under your username.
This is the exact same problem I have, but with an i5 3550 and 8gb ram, im putting another 8gb ram in tomorrow, im hoping that fixes it. Im using DDJ RZX
