For two weeks I've been trying to back up my library and I can not. RB displays an error message.
I have tried to save it on 2-3 external drives or in my internal drive (c), and always there is an error message.
Just saying: Failed to back up collection.
Any ideas?
I also trying to log in to my account because I format my laptop and I insert my mail and password and my serial, but a message tells me that a password can not be used for two accounts.
I also notice here in forum in my profile that in my licence there is nothing to display.
I'm an owner of xdj rx, and one of them who take their serial from pioneer team because they purchase a xdj rx machine.
Am I missing something??
It could be that the database isn't backing up because:
- the backup ZIP exceeds the capacity of the drive; not enough drive space
- there are songs that exceed 255 characters in length for their path + file name
- there are unsupported songs in the collection
As for the account, you need to use the same account you used to activate that license key previously; it can't be used on two different user accounts.

But I thing that this is not the problem because as I said this problem is for about 2 weeks. So i delete the songs i insert the last 2 weeks (even more) but there is the same problem.
- The same with the second paragraph.
I also try to move my Data Base to another disc but movement failed.
As for the account can someone tell me my exact mail and pass for my licence? (Maybe with a personal message).
Because just a while ago my login was success. And I say that because I go to my activities and I can see the message with the serial number, pioneer team provide me. But in my laptop which I format, I'm inserting exact the same mail, pass and serial number and tells the message that I told you!
