I've had the exact same issue when using DVS with loops with a spot-on beatgrid.

Rekord Box DVS (Vinyl) Rel Sync issue
Rekordbox using DVS (timecode file) from CDJ's with BPM sync = perfect
Rekordbox however when using DVS Vinyl control with BPM sync enabled on REL mode will NOT stay in sync even using the same track they drift within 20 seconds
I have tried this with Traktor using control Vinyl and there is no drift whatsoever both tracks stay in sync the whole time they are played when using sync in REL mode.
Both decks are calibrated and I am using Rekord Box control vinyl using 2 x Technics 12010's
Is this a bug with the Vinyl control being read incorrectly?

even the quantize, on Cue is not accurate, if you set it to 1/4 and turn off the box that is at the top in the quantize settings, this will always jump a grid and go out, even loops when they are reduced and then turned off they do not stay in beat, on Serato the quantize on the loops is precise and never breaks, and even the loops when deactivated remain perfectly in beat, with or without sync enabled. I believe they have to work on this point.
I have this same issue. S9 with 1210mk5g. Rb. 5.0.3 Same track on both decks drifts with sync and quantized. No probs with internal mode but relative mode will not hold sync. Using rb control vinyl. It's a shame because the software runs and looks good, including keyboard mode. Pioneer can you please sort this bug asap. I have run the same test with serato, traktor and virtual dj. Pioneer rekordbox vinyl dvs is the only platform that I have this problem with. I think it stems from the whole control signal being processed as dvs on other platforms seem to be more stable and less affected by dust, vibrations etc. But I can't deny the overall sound on rekordbox seems to be warmer and more punchy. Please fix this dvs sync issue.
I'm having the same issue. Please advise
Same issue with Rekordbox dj 5.4.2 DVS. This post originated over a year ago with no Pioneer response. ?????
Pioneer replaced my control Vinyl (Batch 22) which were faulty on Side A
Works great now
@Daron > As @Will notes, it's possible there was a bad pressing. Please contact your retailer for a replacement, or contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region if they're not able / willing to assist you.
