Deactivating and passing on Rekordbox license key

Hi. Sorry to be a bother but I'm having a problem finding information confirming that if I deactivate my key on all computers I can pass or sell on the code. I'm having a problem on ebay and I need to direct someone to that information or if someone from pioneer can confirm that here it would be a big help. I know I've seen it somewhere but just can't remember where and I've been looking for a week now. Many thanks in advance.
