Hello,
I've updated the firmware on my two XDJ 1000 players, and afterwards I discovered that one of the players has a bug while playing music analysed with rekordbox, the jog wheel is not responding at all. The jog wheel is working fine while playing music which is not analysed with rekordbox. My opinion is that this is not a technical problem, it looks more like a software problem, by looking at this two situations. I mention that the other player is working fine after the firmware update.
Please give me advice as soon as possible.

Could you please provide a video so we can pass this along to our engineers for review?
Please find attached the video with the problem described above.
The first track was exported through rekordbox and the second one was copy pasted to the usb stick (so no rekordbox for the second track, and everything is working fine)

What version of firmware is on the player and which version of rekordbox was used to analyse / export those tracks?
I just updated rekordbox to 5.0.3 on my PC, analysed some track for test and exported it on a usb stick, tested it right now on my XDJ 1000s, the problem is still there on only one player. The firmware on my players is the one from October 1.13.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
I have the same problem, firmware 1.4.1 and rekordbox 5.4.0, some ideas to solve? thank you
My problem was solved, it was a hardware problem. It was all about a cable plug that didn't connect properly.
Same problem, after lots of analysis, it was tracked down to the 60-way ribbon cable, which was corroded. part no DDD1675.
