Just realised that one of the largest Online Music stores in Germany don't list the XDJ-1000mk2 anymore. They only got B-Stock Players listed - no new ones anymore.
Others still got new XDJ-1000mk2 available.
Either this is a mistake or it could be an indication that there might be something new on the horizon.
All speculation - I know - but I wanted to share this as I found it interesting.
The XDJ-1000MK2 is relatively new and is not discontinued. It could be that your retailer decided not to order that product due to their sales numbers or availability based on production numbers, either way, I don't have that information and it's pure speculation.

I got an interesting answer from the Online shop not listing the XDJ-1000mk2 anymore. They said they have delisted the product due to contraint supply from Pioneer.
Let's see.... If I recall it correctly it was less than 2 years from the XDJ-1000 announcement until MK2 has been announced. We are in a similar range right now.
I would love to see an MK3 soon.... but sorry - I am speculating again.... ;-)

If the online store is the same I saw before, I noticed that they haven’t listed also other pioneer products like ddj sp1 and ddj xp1. i simply think that xdj 1000 mk2 is a product difficult to sell and for this reason it is suspended from their list. Anyway xdj 1000 mk2 is only a little bit more 1 year old
