windows 10, Rekordbox won't open

so I install rekordbox dj on MSI GTVR7RF TITAN PRO running Windows 10 with all the newest update drivers on the notebook it runs perfect the only 2 main software I use is TELESTREAM WIRECAST  and REKORDBOX DJ wirecast open with no problem but rekordbox dj click it 2 time on the icon it won't open at all but if I reboot my notebook for more then 20 time I'm serious it will open back up, any dj or someone with this problem that they had or have solve this particular problem please or came forward to help rekordbox team, and they never came back and help, this is not a game this is serious I need help thank thank thank thank
