Are you sorting in the playlist on the device or in your collection?

Reorder Tracks
Hello,
I am using Rekordbox 6.6.8
I have never had this issue before- but for some reason I am unable to reorder my tracks in any playlist. Yes, I have the '#' column selected. I have done this thousands of times but for some reason it's not working now.
Anyone else having this issue?

I was sorting in the playlist. I ended up deleting Rekordbox and re-installing it. Now it works fine. Not sure why it was doing that.
