Dual Voltage Mixer

I prefer to buy dual voltage DJ equipment  since they allow more flexibility when touring like my Technics 1210M5G's and Allen and Heath Mixers.  They both handle 110-230V as do all laptops.  I'd like to buy a Pioneer mixer but are there any Pioneer mixer models that have this feature or are they all region specific (i.e. requiring a bulky transformer when going from USA-Europe, etc.)??
