I have 2x Gemini CDJ 650s hooked up to a Pioneer DJM 350 but the DJM isnt responding? unless i hooked up the cables incorrectly, im not sure whats wrong. someone please help?

You're gonna have to feed us more info. Can you post a clear picture from the back of the units connected together? It's probably a wrong connection between the cables as your set-up should work normally.
Yes; those CDJs have analog outputs which will connect to the CD/LINE inputs on the DJM-350.
