Did you check that Quantize is enabled on the player within the UTILITY menu?

CDJ Quantize not working?
Hi Pulse, a mate of mine is having problems exporting his rekordbox to a usb drive... all files have gone over but are missing quantize info and beat grid.
ive sat here an updated the whole system to the latest firmware and software just in case that was a problem - also formatted the drive twice in osx... but the quantize lamp will not work with his rekordbox on the cdj900... after full export or just a simple test playlist!
Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Yep that was on and one of my first checks!
We finally delete the database and all the files... Re added an analysed a few tracks at a time... Then done an export - all seems fine now!
Now comes the job of adding 5k of tracks to analyse again... The lappy will be working hard for the next few days!
Really no idea how the grid and quantise info could have gone missing like that...?

Was the Quantize box checked for those tracks? If they had been analyzed a LONG time ago (before the Rekordbox default was to globally enable Quantize), they might have been unchecked.

Why if QUANTIZE is checked in options with Rekordbox, when we ask to reanalyse 'older' tracks, the program doesn't check automaticly EVERY track selected ?

You don't need to re-analyse them, simply select the batch of files you want to quantize, click the INFO tab, then check the box. Done.
