[OPEN] Problem with title and artist, nothing appear ==> with screenshot

hi all,

i'm using recordbox since 6 month without problem but with the new version ( update ) nothing appear in title and artist ==> see screenshot (  attachment file )

i don't understand, i've test to uninstall and reinstall, same problem, and exactly same thing on an other laptop, they are on windows 7

plz help  !!
