This is a simple problem. Rekordbox takes a very long time to delete missing tracks.

Eg

Tracks Missing = 942 – Time Taken to remove missing files = 28 Hours

Another example

Tracks Missing = 247 – Time Taken to remove missing files = 13 Hours
