Recently I bought a DDJ-SB. I could play for a couple of days with Serato, no problems occured, ever. Such an amazing controller.
Then, all of a sudden, the right deck in Serato just stopped playing, like I was touching the right jogwheel. Whenever I turn the vinyl function off, the problem doesn't occur and the jogwheel works fine again. However, if I switch to vinyl mode, even the slightest touch makes it stop again. And whenever it DOES work, pitchbending mode does the same as touching it as vinyl. So instead of both pitchbend and vinylmode, it is completely vinyl or completely pitchbend.
I had a gig the past weekend and the track suddenly stopped. I really had no idea what was going on and this is really starting to frustrate me, as the left deck works absolutely fine.
Some more info;
I updated to the latest firmware, drivers and Serato.
Used to work perfectly, now the right jogwheel does not work as it should
There is nothing wrong with my laptop.
Could this be a hardware issue? Or is it Serato that is bugging?

Hello??? I'm about to smash my controller. I can't believe this is happening to me. What kind of quality is this? A little bit of scratching and the whole jogwheel makes sounds when trying to do a backspin now. Whenever I turn my vinyl mode on the whole right deck stops playing.
Can SOMEONE HELP ME
return it for a new one, the right jog wheel "sensors" are defective it seems
