Asio4all ? serato ? DDJ SB ?

Hi, I recently bought a Pioneer DDj-SB and was really excited to play with it but there is a problem that I can't solved myself.

When I plugged it I have a really small sound out of my speakers. I already read about the FAQ but it did not really helped me.

Before lauching Serato i do not have red cross on asio4all but when serato is on I do have red cross ( don't know why ..) .

I think it is just about settings but i'm on the problem since 2 days now and I can't find a single solution .. Could it be the controller ?

You don't need ASIO4ALL to use the SB with Serato, nor should you have it running. My suggestion is disable it or configure it to ignore the SB.

How do I disable it ? Just by uninstalling it ?

On the quick start guide it says : "is the driver software properly set ? ( windows ) "

But I don't know which driver they talk about and where I can change settings..

Sorry , I'm a real beginner :/

Yes, uninstall ASIO4ALL. You DON'T NEED IT.
