Hi I posted on December 23,2014 never got a response. Posted on January 23,2015 got a response on January 27, 2015 was told to posts video i posted a video on my january 23,2015 sent 3 emails and no response. Can I please get help on this,a response would be nice I paid $2400 for this product with a warranty
