When updating firmware on the CDJ2000 Nexus

Apologies if this is something that has already been asked and also answered in another thread. Wwhen updating the firmware to the latest version from the version that installed when they are just out of the box. Can you just update straight to the latest version or do you need to add each update in sequence?

You do not have to do them in sequence, just go straight to the latest.

@Steve > You'll only be able to find the most recent firmware available anyway - so yes, incremental updates are not needed - you can update straight to whatever is available.

or just wait a little longer ;) in a few days a new FW will arrive ;)

thanks all for answering my question, defo gonna wait until the new firmware is out. I bought a pair last weekend for [price] in Australia, an offer to good to pass up.  Fingers crossed the FW sorts out all the issues that people in the other thread are having.
