[CLOSED] CDJ2000 freeze (at least 2-3 times a show)

Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone has any information regarding the CDJ2000 and freezing that occurs when using the player with Serato Scratch Live. My SSL is updated, and my CDJs were running 4.05. I''ve updated them to 4.2 today for my shows tomorrow- however, I've been reading some forums and it looks like some people are still having problems. 

My player will sometimes not show any of the updated track info or BPM on the screen, and sometimes if I turn it off and back on it won't connect to serato again. In this case I'm stuck with one working player, and have even had both players disconnect and I've been left to only DJ for about 5 minutes with what I could use built into serato and my DJM2000 mixer. 

My CDJs had lots of problems when connecting straight into my computer so I have them running into a powered USB hub- with pretty good USB cables. Not sure what could be causing the problem. 

Does this problem sound familiar to anyone? I'll post tomorrow after the show to say whether it still happens after the update.
