When i tap the cue button rapidly every fifth or so press it pauses for the slightest millisecond, is this a contact replacement ?

@Marsano > I can't say for sure whether it is or it isn't but obviously, if you press the button and there's a delay, then there might be an issue there so if its something that is bothering you then perhaps you might consider taking it in to be serviced. You can find an authorised service centre by using the technical support links on the right >>
Thanks for your reply Gavin. Strangely the next day it didn't do it, I was using RB when it happened to maybe some sort of weird software pipeline issue. It seems to be fine now so thank you. I'll keep you updated if it happens in the future and I'll upload a video
