[SOLVED] Updated from 1.06 to 1.11 now this is happening?

I mix on 3 CDJ2000 Nexus linked with a hub. Ive got all my tunes analysed with RecordBox.

Before I updated to 1.11 and was 1.06, 1 CDJ would take charge and be the "master" with the BPM, and then when i either switched to another tune or pressed cue/play one of the other decks playing a track would take the "master" ownership and turn red.

Now it seems that on 1.11 if i stop that master track and load another track on another deck that stopped deck that was the master stays the master until i physically press that master button on one of the other decks, before this was automated for me.

I havent changed any settings, other then update the firmware. Any ideas where or how I can change this back?

Yes, it is a well known bug, it affects me as well.

Good news is that they say the firmware upgrade is "imminent".

Bad news is that I lost trust in firmware upgrades so I'll have to wait a while before upgrading and decide if the new bugs that the new firmware upgrade will (almost surely) introduce are less annoying than those that it will (hopefully) correct :P

when Gavin said that in the other thread, I think he was talking more that the next Rekordbox update is imminent, not the 2000FW

it's written in the firmware thread and it's closed now, anyway it's a bit vague answer from pioneer....so probably BriChi is right :/

If it is the case then it's only bad news. Seriously, we pay these things 2000 Euros a piece and the firmware upgrades are making things worse and we don't get a quick fix!!??

I'm generally satisfied with the 2000 nexus but...lesson learnt: next time I'll buy something like this I'll wait at least one year after the product is released.
