[CLOSED] strange glitch out that pops the beat "off"

i don't know whats going on but as of tonight we've been having an odd glitch with the cdj 2000 nexus's, at first i thought it was a song that has a half beat hit in it that you can't mix to that point of the track, however it seems to be happening on different tracks other then that one(we removed it form the collection). now to clarify whats going on if i can, it seems almost like playing a track on a scratched disc, where it just has a small glitch out and thusly pops out of being an on beat mix. it's been odd, i have a hard time figuring out how to explain it. all i know is we are playing off a thumb drive and every so often it just has a little glitch out and looses position in the mix, sudden unexpected train wreck, if it was turntables i'd say someones bumped the needle type a thing, however this is not happening while we're even touching the decks and its happening with enough frequency to make me uncertian about proper performance at a show

ok after thinking about it a bit more, we where showing a bro the decks and pulled the usb to show him the safety loop and after that the deck started to occasionally glitch and pop off beat, however that issue got progressively worse, and i'm not sure if it was only the one or both to be honest. however there's another issue where if u drop it into an auto loop then adjust the length of the auto loop it adjusts the pitch(tempo) of the track too which obviously makes the mix go off.

keep in mind too these decks have an an issue where after a couple of hours use on usb/SD, they get VERY slow, probably something related to memory filling up, so it could be related and you are not the only one if it is, A reboot does fix the issue for another couple of hours but you lose the "played tracks" for that set now, very frustrating right now

it wasn't a couple hours of play time before it happened. we literally where showing a bro the ins and outs of the gear when it started just glitching out, we did end up putting a few hours of pay time into them after that happened as we wanted to try and reproduce the issue, however all we did was come across a completely different one that had a similiar result, tempo dropping out of phase and thusly creating a horible end result, it reminded me of using belt drive turntables and someone putting their hand on the platter for a second, type a thing, the last issue the one that comes from switching loop length while in auto loop mode(not in slip mode but the loop in and out, then timing adjust and bam it wobbles the tempo.) sad sad sad panda's. it was my roomates birthday yesterday and this all happened while we where showing off his new decks to one of our tech guru's. i don't think it made him want to be a nexus beta tester(not at the price of enrollment into this beta testing pogram)

@fahlawfulls > Since the update of 1.13 became available, have you resolved this problem?

Fair enough, I might as well go ahead and close this thread then.

have u tried to reproduce this issue? use the old style of looping then change loop size and see if the tempo wavers, if it's fixed i'll let the owner of the decks know, but as is it's not my gear but my roomates... my gear funds go towards visuals acquisitions.

I've tried but cannot reproduce it - neither can the team on the product end...
