[CLOSED] Remotebox??

Its been months and months and still no update for the rekordbox app and even worst no remotebox for cdj 2000 nexus..... Im starting to feel completely ignored by pioneer, not even any sign of life from u guys.. Thanks!!

TURFER ..i was thinking because all the stress and problems the cdj nexus 2000 caused us pioneer could of at leased sorted us a few new features in the firmware update,i have listed new problems with loops and stuff and sent new features to pioneer and nothing,whatever happened to customer service,if this kind of service _continues i will think long and hard about my future _

_purchases ,i help pioneer with serveys,make regular listings of problems and list new features and nothing ..

I agree, i would love to see better iPad integration and searching added being these decks were not usable the first 4-6 months I owned them and in my opinion, I did a lot to help them rectify the issues which many of you will agree to

Brichi thats totally true, its unfair that what everyone has been asking for, its on a toy controller and not on your flagship device. Controller comes out working fine, and the nexus still has bugs, I dont know whats going on in their minds. Its just sad...I really need remotebox on my cdjs

We've been pissing in the wind regarding this for ages now, realistically pioneer don't really seem to care, they already have our money...

Just like the 'project' mk1 having its shortfalls (master tempo) It looks as if we have bought into another half arsed attempt at a full functioning deck thats possibly worse in some regards!

The fact we've waiting this long for a fix for the master/slave issue, shows its been 1 step forward and 2 back unfortunately

Others here - told me to pip down before Xmas - Ive been actively critical with the support Pioneer has given the Nexus since October - Now NEARLY A YEAR after the release - We are still in the same position (infact 2 sets back as stated regards to some issues)

 

My decks CRASHED again with the USb File issue tonight, thats 500 people wondering why I couldnt play music from my most up to date folder - as the Nexus had gone AWOL.

 

How am I meant to explain the best media devise on the market - cant even produce for 2 hrs without having a fit and loosing my files

 

Disgusting is a word Pioneer Tech support !!!!! DISGUSTING !!

I got annihilated by crashes on Fourth of July - massive embarrassment. Files that played fine while rehearsing via link decided to wage war with the players when loaded via USB. What the ...? Coming up on a year now and still freezing...

I don't blame pioneer for pushing the boundaries, as presumably they thought they had the skills to avhieve them, and we all want cutting edge dj gear! but what does quite annoy me is, when the crap hits the fan instead of doing the necessary to fix things, or turning to the help offered on the forum to improve what seems a farcical firmware/software testing process pioneer hq close rank, get defensive and ultimately we all get nowhere...

I don't know exactly whether this is an issue with not having the relevant skills (amongst their staff) to fix the situation - I used to think it was!

But when you see other more superior products like remotebox on lower end equipment, it seems more the case that tight product deadlines are to blame as they need a fast turnaround on each line update regardless of how many issues exist and are fixed.

The problem there is ppl that use their lower line equipment will thing pioneer are the b's and e's as they have few issues, whereas the professional/working dj will see pioneer for what they really are... Once upon a time it was accepted pioneer where overpriced as they where the industry standard and had the reliability, but to me those days are gone - there's just too much competition now

They need to sort this shambles out and we'll stop complaining, us accepting this half arsed attempt and poor to non existent support will not help anything.
