[SOLVED] HELP CDJ-2000 NEXUS ERROR E-8709

Dear friends,

 

I have just bought 2 CDJ 2000 NEXUS from another country and whne i opened one of the player it gives me E-8709 ERROR CODE AS YOU CAN SEE IT IN ATTACHMENT.

 

It has a long delay when you turn on the machine and when the screen comes it comes with this error message and none of the buttons or functions are woırking.

 

I have two questions. Apparently as i read from the forum this CDJ-2000 NEXUS PRODUCTS ARE PROBLEMATIC PRODUCTS due to this error shows up many times to many people thats a proof of production defect and mistake.

Will they replace my product? Because i bought brand new product and i want it brand new not repaired. Do you think this is possible??

 

Secondly, What is the damn source of this problem and why it happens?

Thank you gavin but will they replace my products? I bought it from Dubai but i will be travelling to Malaysia next week. Is it possible that i can get my product there for example?

 

It wont be fair for a product which i opened and plug in and got this error code. If they repair it it wont be a brand new anymore and it wont be a perfect product for me. What will be the difference from a second hand product? Do you think they can fix something?
