No - the hot cue loading must be done prior to the start of playing your track. If you only had 2 hot cues, B would be playing instead of C as it was the last one loaded. Sorry!

[SOLVED] CDJ 2000 Hot Cue Banks Question
When I load a Hot Cue Bank to a track that's currently playing, the last Hot Cue C in the bank always plays when I do not necessarily want it to. Is it possible to load Hot Cue Banks to a currently playing track and keep the current track playing? Thank you.
