Hi, just to try and understand your fault some more, does your CDJ still read SD cards?
Have you tried giving the usb socket in the CDJ a clean, some times the contacts get dirty and can effect the CDJ.
Let me know how you get on :)
Hello, I have a pair of cdj2000 and one of them stopped reading usb sticks for no reason. It used to work perfectly until yesterday. So my first instinct was to read about the error on the forums, I've tried everything from formatting the usb sticks to rebooting the unit and even installing the latest firmware again.
The weird thing is that the cdj can read a certain type of usb stick (Sandisk USB 8gb Cruzer 2.0) but after some time the cdj displays a E-8302 Player Error (3194).
The cdj used to read my pny 32gb usb stick and now it doesn't even tries to access it, the red button next to the usb port does not light up. Also, similar usb sticks and a usb drive that used to work with this cdj are not working anymore. All of the usb devices i tried with this cdj works on the good cdj. Sometimes I get the e8307 USB access error after a couple of seconds when connecting the usb devices.
I connected my iphone 5 using it's cable to booth cdjs, it only charges while using the good cdj. Could it be a power supply problem with the usb port?
Any help is appreciated,
Thank you!
