Need help with hot cues on cdj 2000 nexus!

Hi I have seem to run into a issue with my CDJ2000 Nexus and hot cues. I can prepare them perfectly on RB but when i load it into my CDJs it shows up on the screen like they are there but doesn't allow me to click any of the 1,2, or 3 buttons to got to the cue. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!

you do not have them set to "auto load"

go into all your tracks and set them to load automatically in the info area. You can also set in the preferences of RB for all new tracks you import to set this by default

if you do not do this then you can call up the ABC hot cues by holding down CALL, and then press ABC
