[SOLVED] CDJ Play / Cue issue

I recently purchased (2) CDJ-900 players and have been trying to find a means of performing a factory reset. One of the players is having issues reading cds, while the other has no issues. When using rekordbox USBs, the player where the cd player doesnt work will start playing a track right away, after selecting the song. I've been trying to find a way to turn this off and have gone through the pdf several times looking for this setting. Any guidance is much appreciated.

I'd also like to know if there is a means of fixing the issue of the cd not being read.

@Jeff > There is no factory reset for those kinds of issues. With regards to the CDJ not reading CDs, that could be a mechanical issue and would need to be inspected / repaired at a service centre. You can find the one nearest you or an authorized shop by contacting technical support via the links to the right.

As for the starting right away, it sounds to me like you don't have AutoCue enabled. Simply press and hold the TIME MODE / AUTO CUE button for a couple of seconds and you should see "A.CUE" illuminate in the display, just below the player number.

Thanks the auto cue button fixed that issue. As for the Cd player, I'll work with an authorized pioneer partner to help resolve that issue. Thank you for the quick response.
