no its fine, its just a tact switch that is soldered on the board, no screws. there are so many of those switches used in gear it could just be part of a different lot or worn a little if its been used. as long as it presses down and makes some sort of "click" you're good. if it was sitting flat and not clicking then i would look into having it replaced.

2000NXS Cue Button
One of my CDJs Cue button seems more clicky than the other Cue & Play buttons. The Play button on the same deck is also fine.
It makes a louder, higher pitched clicking sound when pressed whereas the others are more subtle. It doesn't need replacing as it works fine.
To look at it presses down and lifts up the same amount as the other buttons. The click is just a higher pitched noise.
Could there be a screw that needs tightening inside the unit around the Cue button?

Yea, everything is in working order.
It doesn't get used that much at all. Probably once for each track.
It's been like that since I bought it over 12 months ago.
I'm just a bit OCD where everything has to be the same :)
This usually happens on one side because the way us humans are built - we tend to be more "heavy handed" one way vs. the other. As long as the button still functions, no worries. If it starts to misbehave, have it serviced.
