SeguirXDJ-R1 Database
The way I understand it, you need a separate database export from Rekordbox on a USB stick to use with the XDJ-R1 from other Pioneer gear.
How does this affect using that USB stick on say a pair of CDJ2000s or an AERO, do you need another USB stick to use with these with their database file or can you have both database files on the same stick and if so does this affect the stability of the USB e.g. maybe not being recognised on one machine but it is on the other?
And why the different database anyway?

You can choose the device to create library/export using the drop down menu in Rekordbox, no need for additional usb sticks just choose the specific device.
@BTD10 So you can use an R1 library and a CDJ/AERO library on the same USB stick without any problems? It wouldn't cause any errors or anything?
The main difference (at least with the XDJ-R1) is that if you do not create a specific library for it on the USB stick, the tracks don't show up under the "Track" banner on RemoteBox so when browsing the content remotely on an iPad, you would have to go through the "Folder" view. You also can't perform searches.

I second this question - has anyone tried this, will it work to have 2 separate libraries on single usb, one for cdj/aero, another for xdj-r1?
